HIIT is a class built on an intense level of cardio.  This High Intensity Interval Training will aid you in losing weight, building muscles and boosting your metabolism in spurts from 30 seconds to about 3 minutes.  HIIT is a cardio workout that helps your body burn calories for hours after the workout is completed.

Personal Training/Fitness Coach

60 minutes: $45

I will work with you 1 on 1 to achieve your physical fitness goal.  I will educate and train clients on how to perform exercises in a safe and appropriate manner.  As your personal trainer/fitness coach, will conduct an assessment of my client so that I will learn from them about them and their needs when it comes to starting a new physical fitness regiment.  I will design a program that fits the needs of my clients and help them to optimize their health effectively.

Personal Training w/Nutritional Meal Plan

60 minutes: $80.00

 In order to get to a healthier you, it will take time, effort and patience.  As you start your journey to a healthier lifestyle, I will teach you how and why fitness and nutrition work so well together.   Once I design the two as one,  you will learn how to eat better and take care of your nutrient deficiencies by focusing on your food intake and by being aware of the foods that you eat.  Once you learn how to focus on your eating habits, then 9 times out of 10 that is when your thought process will start thinking more about your physical fitness activities.

Private Group Training

Everyone does not always enjoy working out with a great big group of strangers. You can book a private session with a group of 2 or more individuals. Your session can consist of whatever workout that you prefer i.e. Xtreme Hip Hop, Circuit Training, Weight Training or High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT).

Circuit Training w/Coach Kathy
